Fürchterlicher Kaufvertrag

Kaufvertrag, Kaufvertrag,
warum bin ich so dumm?
Ich weiß nicht mal, woran es lag, 
Kaufvertrag, Kaufvertrag,
er sagte: 'Unter Vorbehalt',
ich fragte: 'Unter Vorbehalt?',
ich sagte: 'Na ja gut'.
Er sagte, 'Das ist ja noch nicht
der richtige Vertrag'.
Worauf ich unterschrieb.

Dann sah ich das Wort
Kaufvertrag
über allem steh'n
und dachte 'unter Vorbehalt'
und ging hinaus und ander'ntags,
als ich den Preis geprüft
und nochmal d'rüber reden wollt',
da sagt' er 'Was?!
Das ist ein Scherz, wir sind hier ja doch nicht 
im Kindergarten und
erwachsen sind Sie ja doch wohl?!'
Ich sagte: 'Unter Vorbehalt,
da steht es doch geschrieben!'
Er sagte: 'Nein. Das heißt es nicht.'

Ich bin so dumm, 
weil ich, wenn ich Angst habe, nicht Nein sagen kann.

Sorry song of evil man

It has been a nagging question
why I hate humans so much.
One reason will be the thing,
I mean what happened to me -
just a little instance
of what man does.
I wish for a great pissing
to wash earth clean.
I want universal murder
which were so wrong
if I didn't see killing and killing
ever since man began.
He is a great feeder
on mammal, bird, fish;
he is a great waster
of earth, human, truth. 
Truth is a human concept 
invented by him who lies.
Deceipt, his proudest invention,
permits him to kill everything. 
I wish for a race of robots
to rain fire on us,
who are the grim reapers
of thuna, bison, whale,
who are the prim enslavers
of pig, chick, child.
Man was created evil,
Rousseau told a lie.
Oh, why was I born a human?!
I don't want to die!

Großmama im Ehebett 
hat sich gern an mir gerieben
es dann mit Großvater getrieben
das steht nicht geschrieben
nur dass sie mich so lieben

The bright appraisers

On a hot day four men came into my house,
jeering at my new carpet in the hall, chucklingly
trampling up the rickety staircase, disdainfully 
walking over the great room, ticking off  "high 
ceilings which we don't need", boredly staring 
around the attic (later in their report declaring 
the entirely unexamined roofing beyond repair), 
not even bothering to enter my pretty room;
good-humoredly stepping out the front door, 
explaining they would, graciously, not subtract 
demolition cost from plot value because
that would leave me with a negative number, 
responding to my dumbfounded query whether 
they had, then, found the whole structure to be 
unsound with, amidst laughter, the hilarious 
statement that "we can't look into the walls!"
